Tummy Reduction & Better Sex Life

Nobody will lke to have tummy fat. All of us know that " Broader the waist-line, smaller the lifeline". Either lose weight or lose life- choice is yours. So everybody focuses on decreasing fat & weight loss.
. Tummy fat makes a man look more old than he actually is. Same is the case if we consider waist fat in a female.

There are certain regions in body which will accumulate fat.

1. In man, fat gets deposited in tummy .

2. In ladies, fat gets deposited in - Thighs, hips, breasts, upper arms. This fat is not good for health & gives bad cosmetic appearance

Why does this happen



This happens because of "hormonal effect". Estrogen in females, causes fat deposition in - Thighs, hips, breasts, upper arms. This happens during & after puberty. So female gets the typical body contour or figure. Estrogen is also responsible for soft texture of female skin


Tips for tummy reduction



1)join gym.Do situps

2)yoga is very good especially pranayam exercises.

3)avoid oily food.

4)cut down on sugar and junk food.

5)Drink lots of water

6)Do following exersizes -run, walk, swimming, etc

7)Take plenty of green vegetables & salad

8)Hot water has the capability of liquifying fat. So strictly drink hot water

9)"Surya-namaskar" is also very good & it helps in reducing fat

10)Eat a lot of salad which gives less calories .Also it gives a feeling of fullness
& prevents eating of food which contains high calories

11)Avoid 3 white things in excess-"sugar,salt & ghee"

12)Avoid foods like-mutton,chicken,eggs in excess .These contain a lot of fat.Eating in proper amount is allowed
