Yoga, pranayam are all old techniques which were there but people have recognized its significance now only. In today's world of stress yoga, pranayam have a very important role. Both help to improve concentration. Regular practice of asana and pranayama makes one calm & quiet. This is especially useful for executives, working ladies & students. This is a great stress buster.
One should give time from his busy schedule for yoga, pranayam , meditation. Sahaja yoga, Sivananda yoga have proven to be very effective. Asana and pranayama are to be practiced in a particular sequence. Postures should not be done swiftly. These should be done in a systematic & rhythmic manner to avoid problems.
