How to reduce cholesterol & get a smaller waistline

Every lady wants to have small waistline & every male wants to have flat abdomen ( no tummy fat). Large waistline & bulging abdomen, both are cosmetically disfiguring. It affects sex life badly. smaller waistline in a girl makes her look attractive, glamorous & sexy. A man with big tummy & a girl with large waistline are not considered physically fit. Girls with good curves are appreciated by everyone. smaller waistline in both sexes gives a longer lifeline due to reduction in risk of heart attack. Improved sex life due to improved body flexibility helps in reducing risk of heart attack. How to reduce cholesterol(fat)
Garlic reduces cholesterol. Daily eat 2 small pieces of raw garlic.
. Onion reduces cholesterol. Daily eat 2 small pieces of raw onion
. Add oatmeals to soups. It gives feeling of fullness & one tends to eat less
. Use sunflower oil / sesame, mustard oil for cooking instead of groundnut /coconut oil.
. Avoid red meat, excess beef, pork, yellow part ( yolk) of egg, excess chicken. This will cut down your calories. Prefer lean meat & beef. Nonveg lovers should prefer fish over meat.
. Fish provide poly-unsaturated fat (PUFA). This reduces bad LDL cholesterol & increases good HDL cholesterol
. Use sunflower / sesame oil. Avoid groundnut / coconut oil
. Remember small waist not only makes you attractive, glamorous but gives a longer life too
. Obesity causes sexual dysfunction also ( erectile dysfunction )
. Exercise like jogging, cycling, swimming are very important. One need not be a fitness freak. Squats help in reducing fat in thighs & hips
. For elderly, simple fast walking will help.
. Elderly people should be extra careful while they are doing exercise, jogging. They should prevent fall as fractures occur easily due to osteoporosis ( calcium deficiency) which causes weak bones
