Tummy reduction achievement is not easy & one has to be strict in maintaining diet & exercise. Belly fat goes very slowly. Same is true about fat in ladies, thighs & hips. Regular exercise is important.People who can't do jogging, can do a regular walk. Aerobics is going to help a lot. One can either join a gym or prepare a home gym
1. Exercise helps in burning calories & weight loss.
2. Also it increases body metabolism rate.
3. It helps in proper production of insulin by pancreas.
4. It helps in proper response of insulin receptors to the action of insulin.
5. Exercise helps in keeping diabetes & hypertension away.
Females should do exercise regularly to prevent accumulation of fat in thighs & hips. This causes increase in waist- line which is cosmetically disfiguring. This is especially important in adolescents & after pregnancy. waist- line is more important in actresses, models, athletes, swimmers, etc
