Low calorie foods for smaller waistline

Low calorie foods like- green vegetables,salad-tomatoes,cucumber

will be very helpful.All of these will give a feeling of full stomach & prevents one from overeating high calorie foods. One should include low calorie foods in diet. Count your calories.
Get guidance from a dietician. Excessive dieting is not good for health. Sudden weight loss is not good for health. One may feel very weak in such cases of rapid weight loss. products like " sugarfree" etc are useful to some extent. So many " sugarfree" products are available in market
Sugar does no good to your body as it does not have any nutritional value. Sugar is the source of saturated fats. Most of the junk foods have high level of sugar in them. Soft drinks have lot of concentrated sugar.
Avoid pasta, pizza, bread, potato chips .
. Avoid coconut & groundnut oil. Prefer sunflower oil
Exercise 5 days of the week, alternating with cardio and strength training. Save the 2 days for yourself.
